Perfect. Hopefully the drawings have helped you think through the production process (i.e. considering points of view, approaches, etc.) in a way that may not have been captured in the original photographs.

Since the beach scene is a dream sequence, we may be able to work with the low-res YouTube footage through various effects and adjustments, but of course, your own footage would look much better.

I really like the way this project is developing. When facing any creative decision, just think what your puppy would do. You're literally putting yourself in your puppy's ... er, paws. I also strongly recommend this book, The Companion Species Manifesto by Donna Haraway. Check out her talk here:

I suspect Haraway will give you new and fascinating insights into your canine relationship...

Hey Virgil

Thanks for getting back to me and for the feedback. I am actually way ahead of the storyboard. I've imported all the photos, music, voice over and some sound effects to my imovie but it's too large to post on VOX. Its coming out really cool and I'm excited. Shot some live footage around my house. The lighting kit I've reserved isn't available until next week so I won't finish it all by Saturday but I figure that's probably ok. I will take a look at the book you recommended. Can you tell me before next class how I can get the YOUTUBE video so that I can use it?

I've copied the IMOVIE onto my USB so I will bring it in on Saturday.

:)
Donna
